The room included everything i needed! the bed was comfortable, nice for a restful sleep. someone tidied up while i was out. My belongings remained untouched. the location provided easy access to bus and tram lines for travel to the airport and city.
i found that the walls were quite thin, so noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. i could clearly hear conversations and other sounds, sometimes disruptive.

I found the location quite convenient. a bus stop is just across the road. the room was clean and the staff were friendly. the facilities seemed really well maintained and helpful. the room also featured ample space and storage. I didn't expect that.
the wifi was a little poor. i needed to go to the hall to have some signal! it really wasn't ideal, but i made do.

My upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, and it was very clean! the staff were friendly and helpful. i could hang my jacket to dry after the rain, very useful. someone made my bed daily. They tidied up without disturbing my belongings.
the noise from the main door did disturb my sleep a bit.

Amazing stay near the Zoo!

The location was super convenient, especially for visiting the Zoo. I really liked the quiet area. The family room had a great vintage charm and easily sleeps four. Late check-in was smooth and the staff accommodated us even at 2AM.
The shower was problematic because it kept switching between very hot and freezing cold. I found this quite inconvenient .

the hotel stood near transport links. this made getting around town simple. the cleaning service came daily. the wi-fi worked well.
the shower wasnt put together well. the bedroom felt dated and I think it needs decorating. our room key seemed to open the front door. this felt worrisome.
